The Ingram Micro Mobility facility has the capability to receive loose cartons, single or multi-pack, as well as pallets.  We begin the management of inbound goods once an ASN is received or a call comes from a customer requesting a delivery appointment.
All inbound freight has a scheduled delivery appointment with the exception of air freight, small parcel, and returns.  To obtain a delivery appointment, each load must have a valid PO number and meet basic standard packing requirements.
All serialised product requires receipt of a serial file prior to, or with, the physical delivery of product to allow verification of the shipment. Products may be sampled from the delivery to test for validity of EAN or serial number against the serial file or visual checks to confirm shipments details are correct.
