Quality Management

Ingram Micro Mobility has established a Quality Management System (QMS) to continually improve the effectiveness of all associated products, services, and processes.  All operational processes are fully documented to ensure the highest quality standards.  Ingram Micro Mobility has established the following objectives to achieve optimal performance:
 
• More perfect orders out of the door 
• Speed up our time to market
• Workforce training 
 
By pulling random samples and inspecting for conformity, a statistical determination can be made as to the overall product and order accuracy.    Results are reported to Management on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.  
 
When a new product, service, or contract is evaluated for adoption into Ingram Micro's QMS, Ingram Micro and the Customer will define and document the specific quality requirements.
