Credit & Customer Finance

Ingram Micro’s Credit & Customer Finance function provides a number of internal and for-fee based (“outsourced”) services.  These services are available to support our customer’s growth and minimize their expense for sourcing these functions internally.  This allows our customers to focus on their core competencies or to support transitional / seasonal needs.  

Services offered by Ingram Micro’s Credit & Customer Finance function include, but are not limited to: 
 

  • Customer credit quality analysis (recommending credit limits)
  • Customer “onboarding”, including the coordination of gathering required onboarding documents working directly    with the customer’s customers (i.e. tax resale certificates, signed terms & condition of sales, etc.)
  • Collection services (routine, advance of due date, & defaulted)
  • Freight claim handling
  • Product returns authorization administration
  • Payment handling and application when customer’s A/R process is handled within Ingram Micro’s accounting ERP system
  • 3rd party collection administration
  • Accounts receivable reporting
